Returns and Exchanges

BASKE California Return Policy

BASKE accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise in saleable condition with original packaging within 15 days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Returns

Our return process is convenient and easy. Included with each purchase invoice is a return form with a prepaid return shipping label with a return delivery confirmation sticker.  Please make sure when making a Return and/or Exchange that it is within the guidelines of our Return Policy.



To ensure accurate processing, please fill out the return form included in the box of your original purchase. There is a section for return items and the reason for your return. Include this in your return package.

We only accept unworn merchandise within 15 days of the original receipt, purchased at baskecalifornia.com.

Please contact a Customer Service Representative at info@baskecalifornia.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed for a return.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to info@baskecalifornia.com.



Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Exchanges

Making an Exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. We only accept unworn merchandise within 15 days of the original receipt, purchased at baskecalifornia.com.

Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the return/exchange mail to info@baskecalifornia.com.

Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made or due to quality issues, we will reimburse with store credit for the shipping costs.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via UPS which providing secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
